1. Processing Time

  • Standard processing time is 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

High order volume may cause slight delays.


2. Custom & Bulk Orders

  • Production timelines vary based on order size and complexity
  • Production begins only after payment, approval, and all order details are received
  • Estimated timelines will be communicated when applicable

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination
  • Delivery delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate.


5. Shipping Issues

Sporty Allure LLC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned.


7. Policy Alignment

Production approvals and order requirements are governed by our Terms of Service. Returns and refund eligibility are governed by our Return Policy.
