- By approving a mockup or proof, you authorize production
- Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not permitted
You confirm that you have the legal right to use any submitted designs.
5. Bulk Orders & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Certain products require a minimum order quantity (MOQ)
- Orders that do not meet MOQ may be adjusted, canceled, or refunded
- Final order totals must match submitted quantities
6. Production & Processing
- Production begins only after payment, design approval, and all required details are received
- Processing and delivery timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy
7. Pricing & Errors
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors
- Orders affected by errors may be canceled or adjusted
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Customer-provided errors (designs, sizes, quantities)
- Indirect or consequential damages
